By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policies.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders are automatically confirmed for processing within 2 hours after placement to ensure fast and efficient fulfillment.
Because of this, orders may only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of being placed.
After this time, your order has entered production and can no longer be changed or canceled.


Return & Refund Policy

Some of our products are personalized made to order, meaning we print and prepare each item specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed.
Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, you provided wrong personalization or change of mind.

We offer a 30-day return window (on selected items, refer to product page) from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately.
You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

To submit a claim, please contact us utrovegiftshop@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A photo of the shipping label

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
You may keep the original item at your discretion; return shipping is not required for defective products.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned as “undeliverable,” “unclaimed,” or “return to sender” by the carrier, we’ll notify you with available next steps.
If you request your carrier to redirect or forward your package after it has shipped, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from that request.
